At this meetup, we will practise the basics of shooting in a dark environment as we capture candid images in an urban setting.

- How to adjust camera settings for low light.
- Using slow shutter speeds to get brighter images and create light trails.
- Capturing RAW images.
- Guidelines for shooting other people and their property in the real world.

Nature and botanical photography is a versatile medium that captures the beauty of plants, animals, and landscapes in natural environments.
We will focus on:
Lighting: with the help of daylight, it helps that it can be especially bright and overcast conditions, as these bring out fine details.
Background: we can discuss how to keep the background clear of distracting elements, and trying to find complementary colors.
Angles: Vary the angles from which you take your photos.
Ethics: make sure that you leave the area as you found it, and avoid damaging crops or wild flowers. while you photograph the areas you choose.
